President signs order to deepen strategic partnership with Russia

"Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed an order to deepen the strategic partnership with Russia and to implement all agreements reached during the fifth meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission," adviser to the President of Ukraine, Head of the International Relations Department at the Presidential Administration Andriy Honcharuk said in Kyiv on Tuesday, NRCU reports referring to the President press service.
According to him, the document is focused on ensuring of the implementation of tasks defined in the protocol of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission by the central authorities. The document also focuses on signing of the Ukraine-Russia agreements, in particular, on presence of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine. Victor Yanukovich expects the government authorities to take actions for the timely and full implementation of his order, Andriy Honcharuk, Adviser to the President of Ukraine summed up.
