Kuchma approved 2005 State Budget with UAH 86.3 milliard receipts/UAH95.4 milliard expenditures

President Leonid Kuchma has approved 2005 State Budget (adopted by VR on 23 Dec) with UAH86.3 milliard receipts/UAH95.4 milliard expenditures and UAH8.8 milliard deficit, reported news agencies referring to Finance Ministry’s press-service. State Budget General Fund’s receipts are UAH63.2 milliard, expenditures - UAH72.2 milliard, deficit - UAH8.5 milliard; State Budget Special Fund’s receipts are UAH23.1 milliard, expenditures – UAH23.1 milliard, deficit – UAH276 million. Internal national debt is planned UAH15.7 milliard, external national debt - UAH9.2 milliard. Privatization’s receipts are to reach UAH5.3 milliard. As reported, on Dec 23 VR has adopted 2005 State Budget with UAH86.3 milliard receipts/UAH95.4 milliard expenditures. In Sep Cabinet has submitted to VR’s examination draft 2005 State Budget with UAH87.8 milliard receipts, UAH92.7 milliard expenditures and UAH5 milliard deficit (GDP’s 1.3%); consolidated budget’s receipts were UAH110.5 milliard, expenditures - UAH118 milliard. On Nov 3, draft 2005 State Budget proposed by Cabinet was rejected by VR and redirected to Government in order to be corrected with VR deputies’ suggestions to be obligatory taken into consideration. On Dec 13, Government has submitted for VR’s examination corrected variant of draft 2005 State Budget with UAH85.725 milliard receipts/UAH96.785 milliard expenditures and UAH11.029 milliard maximal deficit.
