In Jan-Oct agrarians sold vegetables at average UAH1,777 per MT

04.12.2009 17:59 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Within Jan-Oct 2009 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) sold vegetables at average UAH1,777 per MT, down UAH507 per MT (- 22.2%) against Jan-Oct 2008, reported State Statistics Committee.

As to report, companies sold vegetables to processors at UAH631,6 per MT (UAH2,810 – on markets; UAH2,474 − through other trade channels).

As to Committee, agrarians gave vegetables to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries at UAH1,336 per MT; vegetables were given to shareholders on account of land plots/property shares rental payment at UAH908,6 per MT.

As to report, in Jan-Oct 2008 agrarians sold vegetables at UAH2,284 per MT.

As to Agro Perspective earlier report, within Jan-Sept 2009 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) sold vegetables at average UAH1,915 per MT.
