In Jan-Oct agrarians sold cattle at average UAH8,796 per MT

03.12.2009 12:00 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Within Jan-Oct 2009 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) sold cattle at average UAH8,796 per MT, down UAH609 per MT (- 6.5%) against Jan-Oct 2008, reported State Statistics Committee.

As to report, companies sold cattle to processors at UAH8,800 per MT (UAH7,760 – on markets; UAH9,292 – through other trade channels).

As to Committee, agrarians gave cattle to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries at UAH8,349 per MT; cattle was given to shareholders on account of land plots/property shares rental payment at UAH9,934 per MT.

As to report, in Jan-Oct 2008 agrarians sold cattle at UAH9,405 per MT.

As to Agro Perspective earlier report, within Jan-Sept 2009 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) sold cattle at average UAH8,827 per MT.
