Agrarians Jan-Oct pigs sales averaged UAH14,501 per MT

03.12.2009 11:40 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Within this year Jan-Oct all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) were selling pigs at average UAH14,501 per MT, up UAH1,712 per MT (+ 13.4%) against last year Jan-Oct, reported State Statistics Committee.

As to Committee, companies sold pigs to processors at UAH14,617 per MT (UAH13,899 – on markets; UAH14,547 − through other trade channels).

As to report, agrarians gave pigs to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries at UAH14,705 per MT; pigs were given to shareholders on account of land plots/property shares rental payment at UAH17,356 per MT.

Within last year Jan-Oct agrarians sold pigs at UAH12,790 per MT.

As to Agro Perspective earlier report, within this year Jan-Sept all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) were selling pigs at average UAH14,510 per MT.
