Jun mayonnaise output up 22.4%, to 14,300 MT

24.07.2006 16:02 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Jun 2006 mayonnaise/other sauces output has boomed to 14,255 MT, up 2,612 MT (+ 22.4%) as of May 2006 and up 367 MT (+ 2.64%) against Jun 2005, reported Agrarika Ltd referring to Jun companies operative data.

As to Agrarika Ltd, Jan-Jun 2006 mayonnaise output totaled 80,124 MT (up as of 76,655 MT in Jan-Jun 2005).

As earlier reported, this May mayonnaise/other sauces output had declined to 11,620 MT,

down 4,679 MT (- 28.7%) against this Apr.

2005 mayonnaise/other sauces total output had grown to 162,267 MT, up 25,309 MT

(+ 18.5%) as of 2004.

In Ukraine mayonnaise/sauces are produced by ≈ 140 companies, with biggest being Volyn-Holding (brand Torchyn Produkt, Volyn region), Lvivskiy Fat-and-Oil Integrated Plant and Marg-West (c. Donetsk).
