Within Jan-Jun State Reserve sold 194,500 MT grains for total UAH97,355 mn

State Committee for Material Reserves (State Reserve) has sold 194,500 MT grains (put into storage within last few years) for total UAH97,355 mn on 8 (from total 36 held by State Reserve) contests, reported State Reserve press-service. As to report, Committee has sold in total 112,000 MT grain on condition of its being obligatory processed to flour; besides, Committee has also sold over 15,000 MT grain remainders (put into storage in 1999), over 2,000 MT flour and 500 MT maize. As to press-service, this year first half State Reserve total foods sales exceeded UAH147 mn. As earlier reported, State Committee for Material Reserves is going to finish earlier planned purchases of this year crop food grain 400,000 MT until Oct 20; Committee plans to purchase mainly 3/4 classes wheat and partially 5 class wheat, buckwheat, rice and rye. State Committee for Material Reserves performs purchases of food articles considered strategic.
