Yatseniuk urges Parliament to adopt Government bills to facilitate doing business and improve investment climate

The Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has urged the Ukrainian Parliamentary factions’ coalition to approve the Government-drafted bills that will enable Ukraine to improve the doing business rankings and improve the investment climate, Government Portal says referring to Yatseniuk report made at the Cabinet meeting today.
As to Yatseniuk, the adoption of these bills will also provide an opportunity to obtain from the World Bank and our country’s Japanese partners a total amount of US$800 million.
«The US$800 million will be applied exceptionally for the economic development, infrastructure projects, new jobs and launch of the economic engine of the country,» stressed the Head of Government.
As to him, five of the corresponding draft laws have already been approved in the first reading by the Verkhovna Rada and so he appealed to the Parliamentary committees today to consider these bills the following day to approve them in the second reading and as a whole.
Yatseniuk expressed gratitude to the Parliament for having had included in today’s agenda the Governmental bills intended to facilitate doing business.
«By May we have to adopt all these bills, and it will enable us to significantly improve the doing business performance in Ukraine,» he admitted.
