Andriy Klyuyev and the European Commission representatives discussed the progress of the Free Trade Zone negotiations

On Wednesday in Brussels, the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev at a meeting with European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht and EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Dachian Cioloş have discussed a course of the Round 18 of negotiations on the Free Trade Zone between Ukraine and the EU. The meeting participants have positively estimated the results of a series of consultations on the establishment of the profound and comprehensive Free Trade Zone, taken place within July-September, 2011. The First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and representatives of the European Commission have given special attention to basic issues for the Ukrainian side about access Ukrainian agricultural products to the European markets. The sides have expressed confidence of end of negotiations in the near future. The eighteenth round of negotiations concerning creation of the Free Trade Zone between Ukraine and the EU held in Brussels on September, 1923th.
