For that, we must have diesel fuel supply diversified sources,” declared Premier. Tymoshenko admitted global markets petroleum prices much lowered due to global financial crisis, resulting in diesel fuel prices corresponding decline. She said diesel fuel purchases are to be made within shortest possible period as there is little time left before springtime field works beginning. “In fact, there is no time left: already since early Feb we must be ready to face challenges of both crisis as well as spring sowing campaign,” recapitulated Premier.
