As to Minister, Government has taken efficient antiinflationary measures. However, Minister admitted many regions didn’t use possibility to buy flour from State operators, – what resulted in State Reserve/Agrarian Fund having sold only 41,000 MT flour within last 3 months (3 times down against initially planned). Melnyk admitted c. Kyiv was among those which didn’t purchase from State operators. “Thus, under these conditions, growing bread sale prices and at same time explaining prices growth with flour shortage looks out as unprofessional work,” declared Minister.
