2018 sowing campaign: early grains already sown at 138,000 ha

As of this year Apr 6, agrarians are sowing early spring grains/leguminous crops within Ukrainian 13 regions. Agrarians have already sown early spring grains/leguminous crops at 138,000 ha (6% of total 2.38 mn ha), Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reports.
As to the report, agrarians have already sown:
barley at 82,000 ha (5%);
oats 3,000 ha (1%);
wheat 2,000 ha (1%);
peas 51,000 ha (12%).
As to the report, now the agrarians continue fertilizing their winter grains’ sown areas. Thus, as of this year Apr 6, agrarians have already fertilized 4.5 million ha (62% of total necessary). Besides, agrarians have already fertilized their winter rape at 776,000 ha (77%).
Reportedly, in part., within Khmelnytsky region, agrarians have already completed their winter grains fertilizing, having had applied the fertilizers at 229,700 ha (100%).
As to the report, large winter grains areas have been already fertilized within Odesa region (739,200 ha or 95%), Zaporizhzhia region (493,700 ha or 73%), Kherson region (485,800 ha or 92%) and Mykolayiv region ( 430,900 ha or 69%).
As to the report, the winter grains sown areas (2018 crop) monitoring shows that the winter grains have already sprouted at 99.7% of total sown areas (7.3 mn ha), with almost 6.4 mn ha (89%) being within good/satisfactory state and 816,500 ha (11%) being within weak/rare state.
Reportedly, the winter rape has already sprouted at 99% of total sown areas (1.0 mn ha), with almost 887,300 ha (89%) being within good/satisfactory state and 108,500 ha (11%) being within weak/rare state.
