Vitrenko admitted the aim of the memorandum, which had been signed in Tbilisi on Sept 18, is to enhance the significance of the Ukrainian cultural heritage for the socio-economic development of small and medium size towns, and to strengthen the European regional partnership.
As to him, the project will be realized in Ukraine by Jun, 2017, with the project’s pilot cities to be Lutsk and Zhovkva.
