24.06.2015 18:10 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
The most corrupt customs offices in Ukraine might be put under the management of foreign companies, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said today within a public presentation of reform plans for the Ukrainian State Fiscal Service, UNIAN reports.
«I suggest to the Finance Ministry and the leadership of the State Fiscal Service that they carry out an experiment in certain customs offices,» Yatseniuk said.
«Let’s do a pilot project and invite foreign companies to manage certain customs offices. This experience has been conducted in Bulgaria and in other countries,» he admitted.
«The first step is to select the customs offices - I suggest transferring the most corrupt customs offices to foreign management. And then we will see the result of their work,» Yatseniuk said.
