Kyrylenko: Government offers to summon an extraordinary Parliament session to approve budget changes

The Cabinet will submit a bill on amendments to the State budget and a package of related bills until February 15, Government Portal says referring to the Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Culture Viacheslav Kyrylenko report at the Conciliatory Council of the parliamentary faction leaders and chairmen of the committees.
While speaking at the Council, Kyrylenko told about a Cabinet initiative to hold an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada in late February to consider these bills.
Besides, the Vice Prime Minister noted that the previous weekend the Ukrainian Government had had negotiations with the mission of the International Monetary Fund regarding the obtaining of the financial aid. «Along with the current projects, financial assistance to Ukraine could be the largest ever in the entire history of the IMF, if it is to be calculated in relation to the gross domestic product which is forecast for this year, pursuant to the budget,» Kyrylenko said.
