Mykola Prysyazhnyuk has inaugurated Ukrainian stand at the Agricultural Exhibition "Grune Woche 2012"

On January 20, 2012, in Berlin, the International Agricultural Exhibition-Fair «Grune Woche 2012» was opened. The Exhibition will be held until 29 January 2012. The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk presented Ukraine at the prestigious agricultural exhibition and inaugurated Ukrainian stand. Domestic products are presented by 70 companies.
Ukraine for many years is a member of the International exhibition «Green Week» in Berlin.
According to the Head of the Ministry, Ukraine is the second country in the world which produces sunflower seeds and sunflower oil and the first exporter of this product. Ukraine joined the three largest exporters of grain for barley ranks first. Ukrainian extremely powerful land recourses give a real opportunity to produce 100 million tons of grain annually. Grain production in Ukraine in 2011 amounted to over 56 million tons of grain, sunflower 7 million tons, sugar beets more than 17 million tons.
The exhibition «Green Week» involves about 70 Ukrainian companies that are reputable manufacturers of agricultural and food products. They represent all regions and branches of the agro industrial complex of Ukraine. Ukrainian producers represent on the «Green Week-2012» meat and milk, oil and fat, confectionery, alcohol and wine industry of Ukraine.
