Presidents of Russia and Ukraine to hold talks December 18 in Moscow
17.12.2012 16:33 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
The negotiations between Presidents of Russia and Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and Vladimir Putin will take place December 18 evening at the Kremlin, NRCU reports.
As expected, the issue will be tackled regarding Ukraines possible participation in the Eastern integration process. During a recent CIS summit Viktor Yanukovych spoke of rapprochement between Ukraine and the Customs Union, otherwise the country may expect substantial economic loss. However, an MP from the Party of Regions Anatoly Kinah believes Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will not sign any documents on Ukraines accession to the Customs Union during his visit to Russia. According to the parliamentarian, Ukraine first needs to know how to cooperate further and resolve very complex issues with our northeastern neighbor," Kinakh said.
