Lytvyn: Ukraine not to have land market in the near future
15.10.2012 17:33 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
Ukraine will not have the land market in the near future, Parliament speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, MPs should adopt a simple and clear law.
«I think we have enough time. Such bill can be even considered tomorrow or on November 6. The point is that there is a moratorium on the land sale, but there was a double reassurance. There is the law banning the sale of land till January 1, 2013, but, according to the Ukrainian legislation, the land market can appear when the law „On land market“ is adopted. But current convocation of the Parliament will not consider this law, as the agenda does not include it,» Lytvyn noted.
