Yushchenko cancelled external economic contracts registration

As to President Decree from Jun 29 № 1003 «About Declaring Null and Void of Some Laws of President of Ukraine», President Viktor Yushchenko has recognized a number of President Decrees (issued in 1994, 1995 and 2000) ineffective and abolished foreign economic agreements/contracts registration.
In part., Yushchenko has annulled President Decree from Nov 7, 1994 № 659 «About Registering of Separate Kinds of External Economic Agreements (Contracts) in
Ukraine», as well as Decree from Nov 17, 1994 № 681, Decree from Jan 13, 1995 № 45 and
Decree from Jul 31, 2000 № 929 «About Bringing Changes into Decree from Nov 7, 1994
№ 659».
Nov 1994 President Decree established obligatory registration of contracts for: goods with Ukrainian legislation/Ukrainian international agreements regulated reexport; Ukrainian goods in reference to which voluntary export restriction had been provided/antidumping operations were being executed; barter scheme exported goods; goods with import being established quotas on/licensed by other countries.
Thus, Yushchenko has cancelled external economic contracts registration for products of: metallurgical complex, chemical industry, agrarian sector (in part., live cattle, hides and semiproducts).
External economic agreements/contracts control/registration has been performed by Ministry of Economics.
