Andriy Klyuyev commissioned a number of ministries and departments to consider proposals of the European Business Association

The First vice Prime Minister Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev commissioned a number of ministries and departments to work out proposals of the European Business Association. Andriy Klyuyev said this in an interview.
According to him regular contact with representatives of international investors is particularly important for the Government, so cooperation with this great organization should occur on a regular basis.
He said that would be studied proposals for amending the criteria for automatic reimbursement of VAT, as well as measures to prevent delays in tax authorities conduct inspections for such compensation.
Among the proposals for European investors is increased responsibility for customs clearance refuse cargo, including using such strange explanation of how the plan exceeds the fees and charges for the previous month, the First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. He also noted that among the proposals was a system for informing the owners of cargo on the dates and reasons for inspections by the Security Service of Ukraine.
According to Andriy Klyuyev, a part of the proposals relate to the pharmaceutical market, intellectual property protection in the agrochemical sector, improving procedures for the selection of companies exporting dairy products to inspection by the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service. In addition, the First vice Prime Minister noted that comes to the issue of absence in Ukraine independent reference laboratories to regulate food labeling on GMO content, problems regarding the use of the national mark of conformity.
European Business Association was founded in 1999 as a forum for discussion and resolution of business issues in Ukraine. Today EBA is one of the major international business organizations in our country and brings together more than 850 European, Ukrainian and international companies.
