The State Tax Service will launch the system "Tax Block"

31.10.2011 12:04 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Soon, the Tax Service will launch new system «Tax Block.» The Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko has reported about it. According to the Head, the new system will consist of four segments of operational activity of tax service: registration of taxpayers, processing of tax reports and payments, accounting of payments and tax audit as modernized procedures or forms. Thus, the subsystem «Registration of taxpayers» should simplify procedure of registration of taxpayers on the basis of electronic information interchange with other bodies of the state executive authority. This subsystem will provide an opportunity to unify the data on the subjects of taxation (tax payers), and objects of taxation. The Subsystem «Processing of tax reports and payments» (if the scanning technology will be used) should supply efficiency and accuracy of input and tax accounts data handling in real time (online). This subsystem will make impossible an allowance of errors the taxpayer. In addition, the payer can view the information on a condition of his calculations with the budget and, actually, to perform tax payment and fees. Besides, this service will allow sending into STS of the complaint, the letter, requests (on registration by the payer of separate types of tax, on obtaining of information, originals of documents, etc.). As for subsystem accounting fees, then service tax will provide an efficient tax system — the Single Account. So, all liabilities payers will pay into one account. This system will allow the taxpayer to pay one warrant for payment liabilities under all taxes and tax fees that are required to pay and it will absolutely make impossible errors when transferring the funds. The fourth subsystem «Tax Audit» will allow tax specialists to identify tax payers who minimize the tax liabilities. . In particular, risk-oriented system of tax administration was developed for the operation of this subsystem. «The introduction of the system „Tax Block“ is planned in June 2012. This system — is the next step in the transformation of the tax service from the fiscal authority to customer service, which is focused on the taxpayer. I am convinced that this innovation will become an effective tool for introduction own, and most importantly, successful business for every entrepreneur,» Vitaliy Zakharchenko has summed up.
