Each serving of goodnessKnows™ is nestled in an extraordinary deep chocolate a special Mars recipe that delivers 200 mg of bio-available cocoa flavanols, phytonutrients that have been shown to help support healthy circulation, which aids the free flow of nutrients and oxygen throughout the body.
