Agrarians Jan barley sales averaged UAH781,9 per MT

10.03.2010 14:43 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — In Jan 2010 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) were selling barley at average UAH781,9 per MT, up UAH132,6 per MT (+ 20.4%) against Jan 2009, reported State Statistics Committee. As to Committee, companies sold barley to processors at UAH753 per MT (UAH733,4 — on markets; UAH799 — through other trade channels). As to report, agrarians gave barley to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries at UAH579 per MT; barley was given to shareholders on account of land plots/property shares rental payment at UAH656,5 per MT. In Jan 2009, agrarians sold barley at UAH649,3 per MT. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, within 2009 all kinds property agricultural companies (except small-scale ones) sold barley at average UAH719,9 per MT. As to Agro Perspective, within 2008 agrarians sold barley at average UAH839,4 per MT (down against UAH889,2 per MT in 2007).
