Agrarians 2009 rape sales down 24.6%, to 1.62 mn MT

09.03.2010 10:07 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As to State Statistics Committee report, in 2009 agricultural companies have lowered rape sales to 1.62 mn MT, down 527,000 MT (- 24.6%) as of 2008. As for 2009 rape sales structure, agrarians have sold 3.4% total rape to processors. Also, 4% rape were sold on markets, while 92.6% - through other trade channels. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in 2008 agricultural companies had sold 2.147 mn MT rape.
