Within 2009 agrarians harvested 1.612 mn MT small fruits, up 7.2% against 2008

20.01.2010 12:16 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As reported State Statistics Committee referring to 2009 main agricultural crops harvesting results, within 2009 agrarians have harvested 1.612 mn MT small fruits, up 108,000 MT (+ 7.2%) against 2008. As to report, 2009 small fruits average yield was 70,9 metric centners per ha (up as of 64,4 metric centners per ha in 2008); small fruits were harvested at 227,500 ha (down against 233,400 ha in 2008). As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in 2008 agrarians harvested 1.504 mn MT small fruits.
