12 regions Jul macaroni products prices up 0.5-10.2%, to UAH3,62-5,49 per kg

Within Jul 2008 macaroni products retail sale prices have grown to UAH 3,62–5,49 per kg, up 0.5–10.2% as of Jun 2008 in 12 regions shops and simultaneously declined to UAH3,66–4,18 per kg, down 0.2–1.9% against Jun 2008 in 5 regions, reported Ministry of Economics representative.
As to representative, Jul 2008 macaroni maximal (UAH5,49 per kg) and minimal (UAH3,62 per kg) prices were registered correspondingly in c. Kyiv and Kharkiv region shops.
As to report, within Jul 2008 macaroni prices have improved to UAH3,48–4,53 per kg, up 0.8–6.4% against Jun 2008 on 10 regions markets; at same time, prices weakened to UAH3,29–4,6 per kg, down 0.6–16.8% as of Jun 2008 on 8 regions markets.
As to Ministry, within Jul 2008 macaroni highest (UAH5,38 per kg) price was registered on Chernivtsi region markets and lowest (UAH3,29 per kg) — on Sumy region markets.
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, within Jun 2008 macaroni products retail sale prices had risen to UAH3,74–5,53 per kg, up 0.5–25.7% as of May 2008 in 9 regions shops and simultaneously lowered to UAH3,33–4,25 per kg, down 0.3–3.4% against May 2008 in 8 regions.
As to Agro Perspective, within Jun 2008 macaroni prices had strengthened to UAH3,71–5,24 per kg, up 0.5–2.1% against May 2008 on 8 regions markets; at same time, prices slackened to UAH3,62–3,94 per kg, down 0.8–3.8% as of May 2008 on 4 regions markets.
