Finance Ministry transferred State aid UAH1.7 mn to agrarians working under hard conditions

Ukrainian Ministry of Finances has transferred first tranche (UAH1.7 mn) of State support intended for agricultural companies functioning under hard climatic conditions, reported Ministry of Finances press-service Apr 10. As to report, financial means have been transferred due to Program “Financial Support of Agricultural Companies Located under Especially Hard Climatic Conditions” stipulated by 2008 State budget. As to Program, total financial aid should reach UAH35 mn and be directed to agrarians working in Ukrainian Polissia territory/mountainous areas. As to press-service, these companies have right to use allocated finances to purchase mineral fertilizers, plants protection means, pedigree seeds, fuels/lubricants and agricultural equipment spare parts.
