Russia since May, 1st forbids deliveries of rice, a peanut and kunzhuta from India. As have informed «Interfax» in Rosselkhoznadzore, the decision on an interdiction, accepted in March, inures in connection with that the Indian party(side) for time allocated(removed) to it(her) has not arranged on prevention of deliveries in the Russian Federation dangerous production and has not settled the developed situation. According to service, attempts of import to Russia dangerous rice groats, kunzhuta and a peanut from India are registered(recorded) constantly. So, in January, 2007 deliveries 54 t the peanut infected by wreckers have been prevented, in March wreckers have been found out in a party(set) of rice groats in weight 125 t. In February attempt of import kunzhuta with attributes zaplesneveniya has been prevented. Besides it(he) contained aflatoksin Â1 and metallomagnetic impurity. Earlier Rosselkhoznadzor has suggested the Indian party(side) to organize work so that each party(set) of rice groats exported to Russia, it was accompanied by the information about applied at cultivation of rice and storage of rice groats pesticides, and the used dosage and date of last processing should be specified. In 2006 Rosselkhoznadzor than 2 thousand t rice groats poor-quality and dangerous to the consumer has revealed more, its(her) basic suppliers were India, Pakistan, Thailand, Egypt. India is one of the largest suppliers of rice to Russia.
