23.04.2007 09:20 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As it is informed on an official site of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin has signed the Federal law " About modification in clause(article) 26 of the Federal law " About state regulation of manufacture and a turn(turnover) of ethyl spirit, alcoholic and spirtosoderzhashchej production ".

The federal law is accepted by the State Duma on April, 6th, 2007 and approved by Council of Federation on April, 13th, 2007.

The information(inquiry) to the Federal law " About modification in clause(article) 26 of the Federal law " About state regulation of manufacture and a turn(turnover) of ethyl spirit, alcoholic and spirtosoderzhashchej production ":

According to paragraph 19 of item(point) 1 of clause(article) 26 of the Federal law " About state regulation of manufacture and a turn(turnover) of ethyl spirit, alcoholic and spirtosoderzhashchej to production " manufacture and a turn(turnover) of denatured alcohol or denaturirovannoj spirtosoderzhashchej are forbidden to production mismatching requirements, specified in this paragraph. The federal law action of the given paragraph regarding, concerning(touching) a turn(turnover) of denatured alcohol or denaturirovannoj spirtosoderzhashchej production stops till July, 1st, 2007.

To the bill stay of action of the specified paragraph proves in an explanatory note that since July, 1st, 2007 position of the Federal law «About state regulation of manufacture and a turn(turnover) of ethyl spirit inures, alcoholic and spirtosoderzhashchej production», giving to the Government of the Russian Federation of power on an establishment of the list of perfumery-cosmetic production, on activity on which turn(turnover) action of the specified Federal law, including its(his) positions, a concerning(touching) interdiction of a turn(turnover) denaturirovannoj spirtosoderzhashchej production, in particular the perfumery-cosmetic production containing denaturiruyushchie substances does not extend.
