As to Cabinet draft Decree (published on Ministry of Economics website), Cabinet is possible to establish (due to State Prices Inspection proposal) flour prices State regulation by means of preliminary declaration of bakery flour wholesale prices changes.
As to draft Decree, Cabinet is also likely to limit flour/social kinds bread production profitability.
As to State Prices Inspection, flour prices State regulation introduction will make it possible to stabilize domestic market bread sale prices.
Inspection affirms there is no other solution for bread sale prices stabilization problem.
As to Agrarika Ltd, Ukrainian domestic market Apr 4 flour average sale prices were UAH1,3001,450 per MT (highest grade)/UAH1,1001,250 per MT (1 grade).
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, 2006 flour output had declined to 2,282.834 MT, down 242,690 MT (- 9.6%) against 2005.
As to Agro Perspective, 2005 flour output equaled to 2,525.528 MT.
