Belarus complex(difficult) year expects?

03.04.2007 12:15 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Belarus complex(difficult) agricultural year expects, has declared zamministr an agriculture and the foodstuffs of Belarus Vasily Pavlovsky. As he said, at similar ideas directs, first of all, that circumstance, that in those numbers when in 2006 on fields the snow and âåñåííå-field works still laid were(be) not conducted(ordered) at all, in it(this) to year zaseyano already more than thirds of necessary areas. Besides it(this), complexities are foretold with prompt(impetuous) leaving(care) a moisture from pochv, that is caused early by the come(stepped) heats of external air. Besides it(this), do not give rest and predicted temperature differences. " I do not remember such year. Unless in 1989 we zaseyali practically all within March, but then was necessary peresevat because of the dropped out snow ", — has noted Century Pavlovsk. It(he) has noted, that " in meliorative channels water has remained only at the bottom As the snow has quickly descended(gone), the moisture has left, the ministry recommends to spend a sowing campaign, first of all, on lungs and averages pochvakh ". Concerning(Touching) plans for 2007, Century Pavlovsk has told, that Belarus is measured(going) to finish a sowing campaign early summer grain till April, 10th under condition of preservation of the developed weather conditions. " If favorable weather conditions, a sowing campaign early summer grain in Belarus will be kept will come to the end till April, 10th ", — it(he) has noted. The deputy minister has emphasized, that " it would be desirable to constrain a sowing campaign, but weather conditions do not allow, as the ground is left quickly with a moisture ". The hopes of Century Pavlovsk has supported with figures: Now more than on 700 thousand in hectares as a whole on republic are fertilized. Thus the deputy minister were noted, that more than 306 thousand in hectares already zaseyany, and 420 thousand t hectares of ground are prepared for sowing. However problems are already now, in particular, dearness of separate kinds of fertilizers (phosphoric which in connection with unexpected growth of the price, in it(this) year will manage to reserve only 89 % from the plan). Century Pavlovsk has explained, that earlier was planned to deliver from Russia 61 thousand t operating(working) substance of these fertilizers, but will be delivered only 15 thousand t. The given situation is caused by a rise in price of fertilizers in Russia, approximately, on $80/ò less than for 1 month. Thus it(he) has noted, that " usually phosphoric fertilizers rose in price on $5-$ 7 ". In the given conditions of Belarus is unprofitable to buy(purchase) in Russia phosphoric fertilizers. In this connection the deputy minister has noted, that in republic entering organic fertilizers will be increased. In 2006 in an agriculture of Belarus it has been used 27–28 million t organic fertilizers. In it(this) to year, according to the deputy minister, " it is saved already up(is already collected) 30 million t organic fertilizers, it is planned, that accumulation of fertilizers will be increased by 5–6 million t ". Century Pavlovsk has emphasized, that in organic fertilizers " there is a mineral formula ". In a current sowing-time entering nitrogen and kaliya also will be increased. " On 5 %, entering nitrogen will increase for 5–7 % — kaliya ", — has explained the deputy minister, having emphasized, that lack of phosphoric fertilizers thus will be compensated. On its(his) data, in a current sowing-time it will be saved up and brought(will be collected and brought) 1117 thousand t mineral fertilizers. Now security of facilities(economy) nitric fertilizers makes 55 %, potash — 56–57 %. " In 2006 the Minsk area has concluded the contract from one of the Russian companies and conducts delivery of phosphoric fertilizers, in addition will be put nearby 30 thousand t physical weight of fertilizers ". As has told Century Pavlovsk, in a current sowing-time in connection with the established(installed) warm weather it is necessary " massovo to prepare for ground, to fertilize ". It(he) has noted, that because of deadlines of preparation of ground minselkhozprod has suggested to put till April, 15th selkhozorganizatsiyam polutoramesyachnyj a stock of potash fertilizers which should be put under the schedule in April and May. The enterprises making nitric fertilizers, " cannot be reconstructed: we daily take away absolute(hundred-percent) volume of daily manufacture ", the deputy minister has told. Answering one of the most topical for today for Belarus of questions, Century Pavlovsk has declared, that Belarus does not plan to reduce volumes of manufacture of agricultural production, despite of problems with its(her) deliveries to the Russian market. " Volumes of manufacture will not be reduced at all, even there is no idea on it(this). It will not be reduced any ton of production, any hectare of areas under crops, any head of cattle ", — has emphasized the deputy minister. Thus it(he) has expressed opinion that Belarus " should increase volumes of manufacture, and we search for the new markets ". In this connection Century Pavlovsk has reminded of plans of deliveries of the Belarus foodstuffs to Venezuela. Speaking about prospects of realization Belarus sveklovichnogo sugar, Century Pavlovsk has reminded, that " the áåëîðóññêî-Russian agreement is signed, standard items of sugar are certain, Belarus will execute this contract ". Thus it(he) has explained, that the Ministry of Agriculture and the foodstuffs of Belarus «deduces(removes)» a sugar beet from Vitebsk area and the Gomel area. Explaining the reasons of the given decision, the deputy minister also has noticed, that in past to year average productivity of a sugar beet as a whole on republic has made 360 µ/hectares, in Vitebsk — 250 µ/hectares, and in separate facilities(economy) of area — 180 µ/hectares. " To us in the ministry were sonorous the indignant peasants who spoke, that their chairman of collective farm forces to sow a sugar beet in spite of the fact that it(she) is unpromising ", — has commented on Century Pavlovsk the given decision Belarus minselkhozproda. The deputy minister thus has emphasized, that in Vitebsk area is economically inexpedient to grow up a sugar beet. On its(his) belief, " it is necessary to sow those cultures which for today are demanded — raps, corn ". However areas under crops under some cultures, in particular, raps, it is planned to increase gradually. In particular, the republic is measured(going) to make in 2010 600 thousand t seeds rapsa Century Pavlovsk also has informed, that in past to year in republic has been made 147 thousand t, and in current to year 200 thousand t seeds rapsa is planned to make. It(he) has noted, that in republic volumes of manufacture rapsa as manufacture of bioethanol will develop in the nearest years in Belarus from this culture will be gradually increased. In particular, in addition to one operating(working) factory on manufacture of bioethanol it is planned to enter some more such enterprises. " All world passes to this ecological fuel. Besides the prices for diesel fuel " grow also, — has noted Century Pavlovsk. Speaking about prospects of cultivation rapsa in Belarus, the deputy minister has informed, that in 2007 rapsom will be borrowed(occupied) 210 thousand in hectares, and by 2010 — 300 thousand in hectares. Including, in the Gomel area 35–40 thousand in hectares is planned zaseyat rapsom. The increase in volumes of manufacture rapsa is planned to reach(achieve) due to increase in areas under crops and growth of productivity of this culture. In past to year productivity rapsa on republic of 10,8 µ/hectares, including 10,5–10,6 µ/hectares winter rapsa and, approximately, 6 µ/hectares — summer rapsa. Thus, rapsom in past to year the small area was summer zaseyana. " At us on fields is such raps, but we lose it(him) ", — has noted Century Pavlovsk. At cleaning rapsa in republic it is lost about 50 % of a crop of this culture. In this connection Century Pavlovsk has noted, that " all combines which we receive with " Gomselmasha ", will be equipped by special prefixes for cleaning rapsa. There are special chemical preparations which constrain rastreskivanie a pod rapsa. We deliver such preparations ". In current to year it is planned to increase productivity rapsa up to 12 µ/hectares, and in 2010 — 20 µ/hectares. Taken measures will allow Belarus to reach(achieve) the volume of manufacture planned on 2010 rapsa at a rate of 600 thousand t.
