Zayinskiy sugar plant completes sugar beets processing season

23.01.2019 23:51 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As of this week, OJSC Zayinskiy sugar plant (RF, Tatarstan) has processed 1.08 million tons sugar beets and thus completed its sugar beets processing season, Ukrainian National Association of Sugar Producers says referring to the Sugar. ru report. It is to be admitted, OJSC Zayinskiy sugar plant is owned by Agrosila Agrarian Holding. As to the report, within this sugar beets processing season, Zayinskiy sugar plant has produced 159,500 tons sugar. It is to be admitted, Zayinskiy sugar plant assures 7,500 tons sugar beets’ daily processing and thus belongs to the RF top 5 biggest sugar producers. In meanwhile, Tatarstan Agricultural Ministry says now all the Tatarstan sugar plants have already ended their sugar beets processing season: the sugar plants have accumulated 1.75 million tons sugar beets (processed — 1.69 million tons), having produced 275,360 tons sugar (sugar yield — 16.1%).
