Ukrlandfarming chosing regional staff development direction
10.01.2019 23:07 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
Ukrlandfarming Group, one of the European biggest agricultural producers, has decentralized its management, UNIAN says referring to Natalia Romanenko, Ukrlandfarming HR Director, report.
As to the report, since now on, Ukrlandfarming has delegated its authority to the local branches managers and boosted the interest of its managers’ staff within the regions as for making of their independent decisions.
As to Natalia, today the Ukrlandfarming management carries out the company activity within 11 spheres.
In addition to decentralizing of the management system, the company also has changed a number of its business processes, planning, communication system, and the legal system. «It would be wrong for a company whose output process is carried out within the regions, to perfect leadership and other useful skills of only those of its employees who work within Kyiv. Besides, It is to be admitted, when all the business processes are concentrated within just one point, the company becomes cumbersome, does not have time to reformat its actions due to the market changes. And in order to go ahead and stay ahead of competitors, you need to be flexible,» Natalia emphasizes.
It is to be admitted, the Ukrlandfarming Group is owned by Oleg Bakhmatiuk.
