Groisman arrives on working visit to Odesa region

As of today, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has arrived on a working visit to Odesa region, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, upon arrival, he took part within the solemn laying of capsule on the occasion of the start of the construction of a new runway at the International Airport «Odesa». Upon completion of the construction work, the airport of Odesa will be able to handle all classes aircrafts.
«We will find a resource to ensure the Odesa inhabitants get a new runway within 30 months. It will facilitate the development of economy in both regional and general planes,» he said.
As to the report, within the framework of the visit Volodymyr Groisman will take part within the work of the II High Level International Transport Conference «Integrated Transport Corridors in Europe-Asia Connections».
He emphasized that the Conference is a groundbreaking event to promote the development of the Ukrainian transport potential and Ukrainian involvement into the global system of passenger and cargo conveyance.
As to the report, the PM is also scheduled to hold talks with Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Pavel Filip. Within the negotiation the parties will focus on border cooperation and implementation of the Road Map of cooperation between the two states.
Within the framework of the trip, the Prime Minister will open a new AutoHUB within the Odesa seaport and got familiarized with the process of major repairs of a section of M05 Kyiv-Odesa route.
