Rozenko: Minimum social standards to be raised by at least 10% within 2017

The rate of social standards growth within 2017 will outpace inflation, Ukrinform says referring to Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko interview shared with ‘Espresso.TV’ Channel.
«We expect that inflation will not exceed 8% within 2017, while social standards minimum wages, minimum pensions and salaries of state employees will grow by at least 10%,» Rozenko said.
At the same time, he noted that if economic situation becomes better, the government can decide on a significant increase in social standards.
«If the economic situation becomes better, the economy produces more resources, if there are additional funds in the budget, then the government will decide on a substantial increase in social standards,» Vice Prime Minister admitted.
