Prime Minister urges Parliament for dialogue and consolidation to adopt a fair 2017 State budget draft Law

As of today, while opening a Government meeting, the Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has said he expects the MPs will consolidate and engage into a high quality dialogue to ensure completion of the draft State budget for 2017 and its timely adoption, Government Portal reports.
«We must submit this budget to the Parliament in September. I wish we could build an effective dialogue in synergy with the Parliament,» Groisman has admitted.
The Prime Minister has once again stressed that the Ukrainian Government would submit to the Parliament «a fair budget».
It is to be admitted, within the draft State budget the Government has clearly defined top priority objectives, among which are: the national defense and security, economic growth, infrastructure development, preservation of power decentralization, support of farmers and the domestic engineering industry, the introduction of more active energy efficiency. Also among the key areas is education, particularly increasing teachers’ salaries and the launch of positive transformations in the educational system.
