Social Policy Minister: Our aim is social and administrative services to be provided within 12 minutes

As of last week, a team of the Ukrainian Ministry of Social Policy headed by Minister Andriy Reva made a working trip to Kharkiv and started getting familiarized with the activity of the centers for providing administrative services in Kharkiv and the process for preparation for the all-Ukrainian project called Transparent Offices, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, the first point was an administrative service center (ASC) of the Shevchenko district of Kharkiv.
It is to be admitted, an issue of creating in Ukraine a transparent office network which is based on most efficient practices and aimed at reforming the inefficient State apparatus is now on the Cabinet agenda.
«People should receive targeted assistance, subsidies, services of the Pension Fund as quickly as possible with the possibility of online reservation, filing of documents in electronic form,» Reva said.
«Our aim is that social and administrative services should be provided within 12 minutes, and under half an hour should be spent in a transparent office. Within three to five years we are planning to open offices in all towns of regional importance, and later - in district centers,» he added.
Summing up the working trip to Kharkiv, Reva said that, with the view to the intense activity to reconstruct the facilities, and most importantly - high interest demonstrated by the leadership of the city, in particular its Chairman, Ghennadiy Kernes - Kharkiv, obviously, could be the first city to open its doors of the upgraded administrative and social services centers for its residents.
