05.03.2015 09:39 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
The President Poroshenko emphasizes the need for simplification of the procedure of crossing the collision line in Donbas for ordinary people. The implementation of the project «Digital Ukraine» must help in this issue, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office says referring to the President report made at the meeting of the National Council of Reforms.
While speaking at the meeting, the Head of State noted: «It is a shame when permits to cross the line in the ATO area, which are issued on a piece of paper and 70% of which are being forged, are produced within 1 and a half month, and a person has to come for them 4 times».
He said he had raised that issue at the meeting in the Chief Situational Center of the NSDC.
As to Poroshenko, paperwork like this must be more simple and modern.
«It must be processed via e-mail. We have to finally establish the e-government,» the President noted.
«The whole world is ready to help us in this issue,» he said.
Besides, while speaking of the permits on the delimitation line, the President noted that corresponding security agencies would be responsible for the verification of persons who received such permits. «If a person is a spy or a gun-layer, the Security Service must have a real-time information. We shouldnt create any problems for ordinary people,» the President emphasized.
