Ukrainian Social Policy Ministry and TIKA sign Protocol of cooperation intent

As of today, a Protocol of intent on cooperation between the Ukrainian Ministry of Social Policy and the Coordination Office in Ukraine of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency within the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Turkey (TIKA) has been signed, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, the parties agreed to collaborate in the framework of the Project to support areas of healthcare and social services aimed at improving social infrastructure and providing aid to social facilities through the implementation of international technical assistance projects and programs.
Reportedly, the details regarding the budget and the activities carried out according to the aforesaid Project in the framework of separate projects and programmes upon agreement between the parties shall be settled through bilateral negotiations and signing of relevant contracts.
The Protocol shall enter in force from the signing date and will be valid for five years.
On behalf of the Ukrainian Ministry of Social Policy the Protocol was signed by the Deputy Minister for European integration Serhii Ustymenko, from the TIKA - the TIKA Program Coordinator for Ukraine Haci Bayram Bolat.
