Several bilateral Ukrainian-Chinese documents have been signed in Beijing

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and President of China Xi Jinping have signed the Agreement on Friendship and Cooperation between Ukraine and China, President Viktor Yanukovych Press Office reports.
The Agreement is the key political document which demonstrates the main principles of Ukrainian-Chinese relations of strategic partnership and cooperation at both bilateral and multilateral level. It also lists the priority spheres of practical cooperation development.
The Heads of State have also signed the Joint Declaration of Ukraine and China on Further Enhancement of Strategic Partnership Relations. The Declaration reflects the main arrangements achieved by the parties on further development of cooperation. Particularly, it is the development of strategic partnership relations between Ukraine and China, intensification of interstate political dialogue at the highest level, confirmation of the positions of the two countries regarding the most topical international issues. Also, the document reaffirms that the Heads of State have approved the Program of Strategic Partnership Development between Ukraine and China for 20142018.
In addition, bilateral documents have been signed in the presence of the two Presidents.
Intergovernmental agreement on economic-technical cooperation.
Protocol of Phytosanitary and Inspection Requirements on the Export of Soybean from Ukraine to China between the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China provides an opportunity to export Ukrainian soybean to China, opens new opportunities for the implementation of Ukrainian-Chinese investment projects in the agricultural sector of Ukraine and for the increase of presence of national agricultural products on the Chinese market.
A number of other important bilateral documents have been also signed.
