Serhiy Arbuzov announces the creation of Transparent Offices in all regions of Ukraine

31.07.2013 10:19 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Transparent Offices that will provide administrative and social services to the citizens should be created in each district centre of Vinnitsa region in 2014. And the practice of creating such offices should be extended in all regions of Ukraine, not only in the pilot Vinnitsa region. This was stated by the First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov during a working visit to Vinnytsya, where he along with the Minister of Social Policy of the Nataliya Korolevska learnt the work of one of such offices of the Centre of administrative services «Transparent Office», Government Portal reports. «The improvement of the administrative and social services is one of the main tasks set by President Viktor Yanukovych to the Government. In his program were laid those things that are already working today — we see this on the example of Vinnitsa region. These are understandable and useful cervices to citizens who can not only get advice, but also to make the relevant documents,» Serhiy Arbuzov said. He stressed that with the help of Transparent Office will be provided a new quality of work with citizens. After all, their work is based on a unified information-analytical system of social protection. Thus, first of all, it is reduced the amount of paperwork as well as efficiency of fund use significantly increases. «The main purpose is to provide targeted social support to make services affordable and quality. The social security system should not be an obstacle that people have to overcome. Therefore, the creation of a network of centers of administrative and social services will help to accomplish this task. They will work on the principle of a single window. This practice has a good world experience,» the First vice Prime Minister said. He added that the experience and the practical results of the center in Vinnytsya suggest that this format is effective and can be regarded as a model for distribution throughout the Ukraine. After all, this is the practical implementation of the European standards of social support. Namely, the provision of all types of social services will be concentrated in one place, the process of collecting the documents will be simple and transparent, and there will be comfortable environment, will also be minimized the risk of abuse by officials. Therefore, the implementation of this initiative will receive adequate support from the Government,Serhiy Arbuzov assured. It is to be reminded, that on July 30 the First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov, Minister of Social PolicyNataliya Korolevska and the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Prysyazhnyuk stay in Vinnitsa on a working trip. They familiarized themselves with the work of one of the offices of the Center of administrative services «Transparent Office» of Vinnytsya City Council. Also they visit Bohonyky village of Vinnitsa region to get acquainted with the progress of the harvesting of corps and the results of the activities of the Institute of feeds and Agricultural economy of Podolia of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
