Financial aid to young professionals in rural areas has been increased

The size of a one-time targeted financial aid to the citizens of Ukraine under 35 years of age, graduates of vocational and higher educational institutions working in the village, will be 10 times the minimum wage from January 1, - that is, 11,470 UAH. This regulation has been adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers headed by Mykola Azarov, Mykola Azarov Official Website reports.
According to the document, the young people who work in rural areas will from now on receive twice these payments.
In order to get the financial aid the specialists must within 6 months after graduation find a job on their own, conclude an employment contract according to the direction of the institution or territorial authority for a term not less than three years of work according to the qualification obtained with institutions, enterprises, establishments and organizations, that are located in villages and residential settlements.
It should be noted that Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has repeatedly stressed that today the issue of young qualified staff with appropriate education in villages and settlements is very important, and the Government will make every effort to encourage such specialists.
