Ministry of Agrarian Policy to provide grain marketing servicing 30-35% lowering

Ministry of Agrarian Policy is
going to assure grain documents issuance/grain transportation (incl.
export) different services prices/tariffs 3035% lowering, reported
Oleksandr Baranovskiy, Minister of Agrarian Policy in Thu evening.
«Cost price to be curtailed 3035%,» said Baranovskiy.
He added presently grain marketing servicing price is UAH217/t.
As to Baranovskiy, a number of Departments and Services (in
part., Veterinary Service) busy in grain export documents issuance have
started their servicing prices/tariffs lowering.
Minister made it known authorities are going to maximally
simplify foods (incl. grain) export customs clearance procedure.
"We are going to create «the only window», told Baranovskiy.
As earlier reported, Ministry of Agrarian Policy considers
2005/2006 MY grain export will be lower as expected on current MY results
and won’t exceed 10 million tons.
This MY year (Jul-Mar) grain export totaled 8.8 million tons (much up
against 2.089 million tons of last MY similar season).
As to Agrarika Ltd experts, 2004/2005 grain export will boost
to 10.2 million tons.
Ministry of Agrarian Policy forecasts 2005 grain crop to reach
37.4 million tons.
2004 grain crop totaled 41.809 million tons, much up as of
20.2 million tons in 2003.
