Tymoshenko to check upon petroleum processing plants observing UAH2.400/t diesel fuel agrarians shipments agreements

complaints, Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko decided to control
petroleum processing plants observing preferential prices (UAH2.400/t)
diesel fuel agrarians shipments agreements and gave corresponding order
to Ministry of Fuel and Energy on springtime field works selector
conference.
Tymoshenko commissioned to submit her within 34 hours prices of diesel
fuel being sold by petroleum processing plants within frameworks of
agreements reached between Cabinet, petroleum processing plants and
agricultural producers.
As to regions data, Naftokhimik Prykarpattia (Nadvirnianskiy
petroleum processing plant, Ivano-Frankivsk region) is selling
UAH2.8003.150/t diesel fuel, Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchutskiy petroleum
processing plant, Poltava region) UAH3.100/t and
Lysychianskiy petroleum processing plant UAH2.800/t.
«If there are any agreements violations, I ask You to submit me
information as for which plants are selling fuel at overrated prices,» said
Tymoshenko addressing to regions representatives.
«If preferential prices aren’t observed, we will speak with
plants in an absolutely other way,» said Minister.
As earlier reported, State Regional Administrations representatives
complained
to Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko of petroleum processing plants having
breached Cooperation Memorandum and boosted agrarians diesel fuel
preferential prices from UAH2.400/t up to UAH2.8003.100t.
Cabinet decided to delegate governmental authorized representatives to
petroleum processing plants in order to control fuel shipments.
Agrarians purchased " 104.000t diesel fuel (UAH2.400/t) from
total 600.000t.
As to Ministry of Agrarian Policy experts, domestic agrarians annual
diesel fuel requirement is 1.9 million tons (with 0.6 million tons needed
for spring sowing).
