Estonia businessmen to build 30 million euro worth solar power plant in Kherson region

Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration Mykola Kostiak and a board member of the Association of Private Entrepreneurs of Estonia, Estonian MP Palts Tinis signed a memorandum of intent on the construction of a 23 MW solar power plant in the village of Velyka Blahovischenka, Hornostaivka district.
The volume of investment in this project is 30 million euros. The period of its implementation is until December 1, 2012. In September 2010, the Kherson regional state administration signed memorandums of intent on implementation in the region of construction projects for wind and solar power complexes with the French company Beten Ingenierie and Spanish companies Cividesign and Sedesa (Ezentis). On March 30, 2011, the Kherson regional administration and the Greek company ENECO Wind Energy signed a cooperation agreement to implement the project of building wind power stations in the Kherson region. In 2011, the Chinese company Fixam Group also showed interest in possible construction of wind Energy signed a Kherson region and their servicing.
