Mykola Azarov: The issue of export duty on grain will be settled within the present day

In the Government, the working group which throughout day will settle issue of export duties on grain is established. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, commenting on the requirements of agrarians to abolish the export duty on grain.
As he said, the Government is always ready to the compromise in the interests of domestic producers, including agricultural manufacturers. But this compromise, Mykola Azarov has noted, should be achieved solely through honest dialogue, «Yesterday under the Cabinet of Ministers some hundreds agrarians demanded to abolish the export duty on grain. They stood after the day before I have already appointed a meeting on this issue with participants of the grain market. So, what for was to lead out people in the street? Is this honestly and responsibly? The interests of peasants are there are interests of the Government. The Government is ready to search for compromises, but ultimatums rejects. The dialogue through loudspeakers, dear our partners, is not carry on.»
The Prime Minister has reported that meeting with agrarians has taken place yesterday. The Government has heard the arguments of peasants. By results of a meeting, Mykola Azarov has charged to create working group that will process optimum the solution in a concrete market situation within today. «The decision which will ensure such balance: do not lose the revenue budget, to maintain the profitability of grain production and ensure food security for next year. In addition, you can see, the droughty autumn forces to reflect on creation of larger reserves, than was planned. I am sure we will find the best solution,» the Head of Government has declared.
