Kluyev believes 2011 grains crop to be high

While opening Cabinet meeting today, Andriy Kluyev (First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Trade) declared he is certain Ukrainian agrarians will get grains high crop within this year thanks to intensive rainfall and grains sown areas condition improvement.
«Grains sown areas condition has improved within last 10 days due to heavy rainfall, drought has ceased in many regions. All that makes it possible to get somewhat higher grains crop,» stated Kluyev.
However, First Vice Prime Minister didn’t specify which grains crop exact amount he expected to be received this year.
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, Ministry had forecasted Ukrainian this year grains crop would reach 45 mn MT (up against last year 39.3 mn MT).
