Rada to introduce grains declarations wrong data fines

As to Verkhovna Rada press-service Jun 19 report, Rada has adopted in first reading as basis draft Law on bringing changes to “Ukrainian Code on Administrative Infringements” regarding establishing of responsibility of natural persons and officials for infringements of grains reserves declarations, to be fixed as 10-13 nontaxable minimal incomes (UAH170-510) of citizens penalty. As to draft Law “About Bringing Changes to “Ukrainian Code on Administrative Infringements” Regarding Establishing of Responsibility for Infringements of Legislation Made Within Grains Reserves Declaring by Market Economic Entities” (registered in Parliament under ¹ 3053), natural persons/officials should pay penalty in case of non-submission/delayed submission of stored grains volume declarations as well as in case of inserting into declarations of incomplete/wrong data. Draft Law says natural persons/officials who breach grains declaring rules more than once in a year should pay penalty as much as 50-100 nontaxable minimal incomes (UAH850-1,700) of citizens. Besides, draft Law as well introduces article on functions of executive bodies in grains declaration sphere, granting to executive bodies right to examine administrative infringements cases. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, as to State Inspection for Agricultural Products Quality data, Ukrainian grains storage entities had declared (as of Mar 1, 2007) in total 9,945.400 MT grains (incl. food grain – 4,067.800 MT).
