Russia per 2007-2008 will reduce import of sugar-raw.

Russia, the world’s largest importer of sugar, will import in current and following agricultural to year of less sugar-raw, than it was expected earlier, in connection with increase in manufacture from own raw material, has informed agency Bloomberg referring to the report of department of an agriculture of the USA, marks(celebrates) interfaks. According to the report, import will make 2,95 million t in current agricultural to year which will come to the end in September, and 3,15 million t in 2008 agricultural year. Thus in October, 2006 the department predicted, that the Russian Federation imports on 3,4 million t sugar a raw in both of the period. Experts(Auditeurs) predict, that Russia will make in current selkhozgodu 3,15 million t sugar though earlier it was expected 2,65 million t, for 2008 the forecast makes 3 million t against before expected 2,7 million t. Cost of sugar with delivery in July on results of the tenders in New York on Tuesday has increased for 0,3 % up to 9,62 cents for pound. For last year the prices have lowered(omitted) on 43 % because of increase in world production of sugar and its(his) superfluous offer in the market.
