Cabinet commissioned State Reserve to sell 305,500 MT grains in order to stabilize market

As to Cabinet Decree № 151 (from Apr 4, 2007), Cabinet has charged State Committee for Material Reserves (State Reserve) to sell 305,500 MT grains to stabilize domestic market. «In order to stabilize domestic grains/flour market, in 2007 State Committee for Material Reserves is to sell to country State reserves system companies 305,500 MT grains (from stocks to be renewed), which are to be further processed into flour,» says Decree. As to Decree, grains will be sold on limited participation contest. As to Cabinet decision, this year not only State Reserve should sell grains, yet as well Agrarian Fund is to sell 92,000 MT 3 class soft wheat. This Mar State Committee for Material Reserves had declared it would start country grains market interventions in near future in order to stabilize bread sale prices.
